Here you can make a deposit payment for your requested tour.

Dear valued client:
We have tentatively reserved your booking, which places you under no obligation until we receive your deposit payment.
Upon completion of our booking reservation form, you have received a booking confirmation with a link to this site.

If we mail you this link to this payment site, a deposit is require for your tour booking.
Please make a DEPOSIT ONLY after you contact “Bali Griyasari Tours & Travel” and receive a confirmation of the tour.

Please follow the instruction wich is given you in the e-mail and pay a USD 40 or a USD 80 deposit to us by clicking one of the PayPal buttons below and proceed your payment.

Please note:

– Please make a DEPOSIT ONLY after you contact “Bali Griyasari Tours & Travel” and receive a confirmation of the tour.
– DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT WITHOUT “Bali Griyasari Tours & Travel”  CONSENT, as there will be a refund processing FEE.
– This is only a partial deposit for the tour or activity  agreed upon with “Bali Griyasari Tours & Travel” and the final payment is due upon pick-up on the day of the tour.
– Final payment is due before the tour when the driver pick you up at your hotel.
– Please provide us your hotel name, your room number and address of the hotel in your reservation form.
– Final payment can made in cash or credit card (If you pay with credit card we need a surcharge of 5 % commission fee)
– By paying your deposit you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions.
– A formal tour confirmation and payment invoice is emailed to guests once tour is booked.




What is a deposit?
A deposit is a financial commitment our customers make to “Bali Griyasari  Tours & Travel” that they have every intention to joining our tour on the date and time that they have requested.
Our commitment to our customers is that once a tour is confirmed by us we will be there to take our customers on the tour they have requested as long as there are no Acts of God (Severe Thunderstorms or Tropical Storms) preventing us from doing so.


Why do I need to pay a deposit?
The deposit is to protect us financially as a smaller company to ensure that if customers decide to cancel a tour with us they do so knowing they will be financially responsible for the commitment they have made by 20% of the cost of their tour.


What is your deposit policy?
We require a min of USD 40 deposit for every booking that is made with our company. If you cancel your tour 96 hours before the start of the booked tour, we will refund 100% of your deposit or the full payment for your tour if you have paid in advance.  (Exept tour with flights, ships and boats ).
If Griyasari Tours & Travel cancels your tour for any reason you receive 100% of your deposit or full payment back.
If you cancel your tour after the 96 hour mark from the start of your confirmed tour, the deposit is forfeited.
